As Managing Principal, Blake Schmidt, CGC1534926, oversees all operations and ensures each project is managed with precision, transparency, and adherence to schedule and budget. His hands-on leadership guides every phase, from initial analysis and schematic design through final development and completion, following a structured Critical Path to maintain efficiency and consistency.
