Founded in 2020 by Blake Schmidt, we've designed, developed, and worked on a number of commercial and residential projects. We are dedicated to providing clean and comprehensive spaces that enhance the human experience and strive to meticulously perfect the details.
As the Managing Principal at Joseph&Dutch, Blake Schmidt, CGC1534926, supervises all of our office operations and is dedicated to each project's timely and bugetary deadlines, constraints, and communication between all parties. His hands-on involvement is designed to follow a Critical Path starting with analysis and schematic design and ending with final design and completion of the project as applicable.
Blake is an advocate for a personalized, comprehensive, and clean architectural approach of good design and construction. Mr. Schmidt sees the architectural experience as an avenue to pursue spatial creation and recreation that encourages an ergonimic and seamless human experience.
